WE HAVE "FORMAGGI FUSI" WHICH WE REGULARLY PACK IN ROLLS WHICH ARE TO BE USED SPECIFICALLY FOT PIZZA. AND ALSO HAVE ONE TYPE OF MOZZARELLA TO BE USED FOR PIZZA AS WELL.
WE ALSO PRODUCE MOZZARELLA( BUFALA AND NORMAL MILK) AND CHEESE THAT IS SEASONED FROM 2 MONTHS TO ONE YEAR.
ALSO WE HAVE "CACIOCAVALLI" WHICH IS AN ITALIAN CHEESE THAT LOOKS LIKE THE NUMBER EIGHT WITH A SMALL HEAD AND A BIG BODY ALSO AVAILABLE SEASONED OR FRESH.
