This is an instant premium coffee that keeps all the freshness and great flavor of 100% Colombian Cofee. The coffee extract goes through a freeze-drying process wich, using low temperatures, hinders the loss of aroma and the changes in flavor, and keeps at a maximun the organoleptic traits of a good cup of Colombian Coffee.
Freeze dried coffee is produced by brewing coffee on an industrial scale. The brewed coffee is then concentrated to a high solids content. The coffee concentrate is then frozen, and finally freeze dried.
Freeze-dried coffees eliminate the mess and labor of grinding beans, thawing concentrates, changing filters and emptying grounds.
