Freeze drying machine
Freeze drying machine known as lyophilizer or vacuum freeze dryer is the equipment for material dehydration. Putting the material in vacuum condition after it was frozen to required temperature. The material was heated to speed up its sublimation. Finally vapor from the material was absorbed by water-catcher, thus the material is dried. Our freeze drying machine is widely used in food industry, microbiology, chemical, pharmaceutical and medicals. The freeze dried products can keep its original color, smell, taste and shape and easily regain water. Freeze dried products can be stored for a long time. Most importantly the freeze dried products keeps bioactive molecule and prevents the lost of nutrition.
Features of freeze drying machine:
1, advanced measure system has been installed on the electric control panel which guaranteed the stability of freeze drying process.
2, The material of drying tank, condenser, evaporator, vacuum tube of freeze drying machine is stainless steel meeting the standards of GMP.
3, Single or double refrigerators are adopted to reach ideal temperature.
4, Double vacuum pumps are adopted to get best vacuum conditions to shorten the drying time.
5, Low assembling power, save cost and energy.
