Domaine des Geneves is located in Fleys ( a small town between Chablis and Tonnerre ), the family company has a 14-hectare property, over three generations producing wines in France . Domaine des Geneves offers a special range of wines, ranging from Premier Cru white Burgundy ( Vaucoupin, Ovens and Mont de Milieu ). The wine is produced on an area of 10 hectares. The fermentation takes place in temperature controlled vats where it gets its alcoholic and malolactic fermentation .

This Chablis is a subtle hint of minerality forward during the soil the grapes grow on. It is a powerful, warm, rich Chablis , round and fleshy structure. This wine is characterized by its fresh Citrus aromas of honey and Candied Fruit . Great with fish , shellfish, seafood, white meats and poultry. This wine is best drunk within 3-4 years.
