In the center, the herault valley marries rich alluvial soils and Mediterranean climax: the Pays d’Oc, breed round and fruity wines full of energy.

All of our wines are systematically bottled at the Estate with due respect to the most demanding international standards. Once bottled, wines are carefully warehoused in our cellars naturally tempered or under temperature controlled system.

In the west, a series of microclimates hot, ground shale, between mountain and sea, a dominant grape Grenache, passionate winemakers from generation to generation. These elements offer us Collioure and Banyuls.
AOC Banyuls is a fortified wine, aged in centenary casks or “Muté sur Grain” (mutated on Grain), traditional product for foodies who relish at aperitif or with desserts.

Due South to the Herault valley, its unique terroirs marked by a great diversity of soils: the volcanic soil (basalt and cinerites), the gravel terraces, alluvial rich soil valley and finally its sandy coast.

 

Wines are cultivated with mix traditional and modern technics always in respect of nature in beautiful medieval castles and fields. Three wines are nominated for their IGP fruity flavor, excellent mouth feel and roundness.
