This is a winter variety of Apples. fruits are large, conical and almost entirely covered with a carmine
blush. It is characterized by a sour-sweet taste. It is very juicy, and the green-and-yellowish pulp is crispy and
mild. Fruits of this variety are suitable for eating raw, for fruit salads and cakes. The pulp darkens very slowly.
