Whole carcass is usually in the range of 120 to 160 Kg, depending on the requirement of the customer. The carcass is cut into four quarters ( two leg and two shoulder) pieces for shipment. However two cuts and whole carcass are also shipped if required by customer. Carcass is packaged in a cotton cloth along with the tag of the customer, slaughter date, expiry date and weight of the piece.
