We are not looking to establish work spot conditions as we currently have a direct agreement in place with one of Ecuador's largest Banana producers which allows us to bypass dealers and importers and provide an annual suppliers contract, with one of our key objectives being, to build long term business relations. We are so confident that we can honor our clients contractual terms and conditions that we are prepared to enclose a penalty clause that protects our clients ie "We are ready to pay you if we can’t supply the goods".
