PRODUCTION PROCESS
The goat's milk is cleaned and refrigerated. Once the fat standardisation test is done, it is pasteurized. When the milk has coagulated, the curd is cut, shaken, poured into a mould and pressed. It is then salted and packaged.
It is hermetically sealed, which lengthens its shelf life without losing quality.
CHARACTERISTICS:
This cheese is made in a traditional way being 100% natural, without additives. With its characteristic taste of goat's-milk cheese, it is rich in calcium and very easy to digest.
Available salted and unsalted.
