Introduction :As a fructan and storage carbohydrate, inulin belongs to a group of naturally-occurring carbohydrates containing non-digestible fructooligosaccharides and because of it's presumed health benefits,it is used as a food ingredient in a variety of processed foods.
Active ingredient: chicory glycosides (chichoriin) protein (20% -23%), crude fat, rich carotene, vitamin A, C, potassium, calcium, magnesium and other trace elements.
