"Fresh crushed tomatoes” (PULPA) is made of a ripe tomatoes, grown on the sunny fields of Kherson region and processed within 48 hours after harvesting (only manual selection), so the product retains all its valuable qualities, including natural color and fresh flavor tomato, reminiscent of sunny summer.
For the preparation we use a well-ripened fresh tomatoes. Carefully picked and washed tomatoes blanched, peeled and fed in a special machine. The dicing machines chop the tomatoes into small cubes, then they pass through another selection process, after which the jars are filled and pasteurised to ensure the product remains stable, naturally preserved and fit for consumption.
"Fresh crushed tomatoes” (PULPA) TM Holiday does not contain oxidants and preservatives. It is a natural product which preserves flavor and taste fresh tomatoes, repeats all the valuable qualities domestic preparations. Dense and creamy texture and fresh product taste is perfect as a basis for cooking a variety sauces, pizza, soups, meat and fish dishes.
