Product

Our fresh fish are processed from

European Union Approved factories in

Morocco and delivered within hours of

processing. We process mainly : loin and Whole fish or HG.

Fish is weighed labelled and packed in

Polystyrene Boxes with ice. The gross weight of these is around 10 -

15Kg per box.

The Whole Fish average upwards of 2Kg are processed and wrapped in

foam like material and packed in Cardboard Boxes with ice. The gross

weight of these is around 15Kg per box.

Our products will always be accompanied by a health certificate issued

by Morocco Food and health Authority, a histamine report prepared in

accordance with EU standards and any other necessary supporting

documents.

Quality

Our Processing Factories are registered with the European Union and

FDA, The facility maintains stringent requirements set by European

Union directives complying with the EU preventive Hazard Analysis and

Critical Control Point (HACCP)-based regulations/standards.

Product Delivery

We deliver the product to the nearest airport of customer location or

any selected airport by customer. Product delivery timing depends on

the aircraft operation frequency and cargo space availability.

Fishing

Our fishermen’s are well trained and

qualified in fresh fish  fishing. They use traditional pole and line

method to catch, they are equipped with the state of the art equipments

to trace the catch.
