Seagrape is a seaweed called green caviar or or Umibudo grown in Nha Trang island seawater. This seaweed is a healthy food from Nhatrang. They are also known as sea grapes and eaten fresh. The edible seaweed, which looks like a mini string of green pearls, pops in the mouth like caviar, is highly nutritious and beautiful.
