The Hazel nut has a hard brownish shell and the kernel inside is cream coloured with a brownish seed coat. The kernels when unshelled shall have no pieces of shell attached to it. The hazel nuts must have no off odor or off Flavour and shall have a crisp texture.
Packaging :
Markings on the outer cartons will include product description and batch number and date of receipt at Ambassador Foods. Inner packaging will include a plastic bag.
