Selected from the noblest parts of the Iberian acorn feed pig. Is one of the finest

families of Iberian products and represents an extraordinary way to enjoy at the

table. Cooked grilled or barbecued, these meats have seized for themselves a

unique place in the menus of the great Spanish and international restaurateurs.

The selection of animal origin and their outdoor power, produce a high quality

meat with a high degree of infiltration of fat source that makes the characteristic

juiciness. Strict controls that are put animals before, during and after slaughter

allow offering healthy products with the highest guarantees.

- The “Secreto” is a meat piece that is located in the rear of the pallet and near

the back fat. It is distinguished from other parts for its distinctive grain.

- The “Pluma” is a piece of Iberian pig meat with flat triangular shaped wing or

feather, located in the front of the spine. Characterized by a balanced texture

between meat and fat, which makes it very popular.

- The “Presa or Bola” is a meat piece consisting of the center of the headboard.
