The Eggs we export are processed under a full-fledged healthy environment and hygienic conditions with utmost care at our Packing station using the most sophisticated Egg grading techniques as and when they are procured from our farm units providing our clients with the best quality available.

QUALITY

Each consignment of eggs is subjected to Bacteriological tests and is ratified to be free from Salmonella Infection, free from Bird Flu and fit for Human consumption. We can offer you shelf life of up to 6 months.

GRADE

Color : White , Brown
Size     : Small, Medium, Large
Weight          : Ranging from 45gms to 65gms.
All the Eggs are Graded according to Client Specifications

The Eggs are chosen and packed in unique grading and packing process, avoiding the risk of cross contamination and thereby removing the damaged eggs.

PACKING

Cleaned & Graded Eggs are placed in chemically treated pulp trays and the trays are packed in strong five ply (Export Worthy) multiple color, printed cartons.

30 eggs X 12 Pulp Trays (360 eggs) in each carton.

SHIPMENT  

Containers         : 20' & 40' High Cube Reefer Containers.

Temperature        : + 2 deg C to + 5 deg C

Load ability      : 532 Cartons in 20' Reefer container

: 1312 cartons in 40' HC Reefer container
