Specification of Onion:-

Onions are mainly of two colours 1. dark and light red 2. light yello. More than 75% of Onion Is produced mainly in Nasik, Mahuwa(saurashtra) in Gujarat. The sizes of red onion vary between 30mm to 70mm. The same is packed in 5 Kg/10 Kg/20 kg/25 Kg mesh bag as per customer requirements.

13.5 to 15 tons of white onion in one open door 20 feet box container One door box containers is used for short distance countries. For long duration voyage refrigerated box container are preferred. 40 feet box container contains 26 to 30 tons The buyers have to specify the temperature required in Box container.

1 Kg of red onion consists of 12 to 13 onion of 45-50mm.
