Very freshly frozen, 100% free of bloodstains. 1. First grade. 2. The quantity of broken feet no more than 5% 3. Cornea from nails removed. 4. Moisture is less than 5% 5. Quantity of ammonia burns (black spots) on chicken feet no more than 5% 6.
