A. General description:
The Broccoli Florets are green, healthy, and free from foreign substance. They are pepared, processed, packed hygienically, and under high standard quality control.
B. Process of manufacture:
(1) Broccoli Florets are clearly washed before frozen and metal detected before packed.
(2) Broccoli Florets are of the size: 20-40mm, 30-50mm,40-60mm, or as Buyer's Request.
(3) Broccoli Florets are individually quick frozen, later the core temperate of each one reaches minus 18DC.
(4) Broccoli Florets are packed in food grade polylined cartons then stored at minus 18DC.or less till dispatch to end users.
C. Packing:
(1)Pack size: 1X30lbs per carton; 1X10kg per carton or as buyer's request.
(2)Labeling: Product Description, Country of Origin, Weight, Product Date (dd-mm-yy), Best Before date.(or as client's request)
D. Parameters of approval:
Crop: 2015 new crop
Flavor: typical of broccoli, free from off or objectionable flavor.
Appearance: free flowing-pieces
Odor: typical of broccoli, free from off or objectionable odors
Size: 20-40mm, 30-50mm, 40-60mm, or as buyer's request.
Color: fine regular green color.
Taste: typical of the broccoli, without any off-taste.
Foreign substance: non existence
Broken pieces: non existence
Metal/glass/plastic/stone/wood/sand/soil or any other FMV/EVM:
Non-existence.
Contamination: pesticides, fungicides, metals, mycotoxines, radioactivity, according to
EU/FDA regulations and China National Standards.
E. Microbiological conditions:
Product is free from additives and preservatives.
