Frozen Green Asparagus are carefully prepared from sound and succulent fresh shoots of the asparagus plant (Asparagus officianalis), then by sorting, trimming, washing, and blanching as necessary to assure a clean and wholesome product. It is then frozen, packaged and stored at temperatures necessary for preservation.
