Description
Frozen Green Bell Pepper are prepared from fresh, clean, sound, firm pods of sweet green peppers, by properly washing, cleaning, reducing to a pulp and removing seed, and fiber, cutting, blanching, and are freezing in accordance with good manufacturing procedure (GMP) under HACCP, ISO, HALAL, BRC system, packaging and storage at the necessary temperature.
