Exterior: Flour 00, fresh eggs, wine, sunflower seed oil, half skimmed milk, yeast, salt.
Fillings:
Spinach: Fresh ricotta cheese, ham, fresh eggs, frozen spinach, grated rigatino cheese, salt and pepper.
Mushrooms: Fresh ricotta cheese, ham, fresh eggs, fresh mushrooms, grated rigatino cheese, salt and pepper.
artichoke hearts: Fresh ricotta cheese, ham, fresh eggs, fresh artichoke hearts, grated rigatino cheese, salt and pepper.
Conservation: Up to one year at minus 18 degrees celcius
Packaging: Boxes of 15,500 gram units each, packed in pallets of 63 boxes
