Jackfruit is a popular fruit of Vietnam. Jack fruit can be found anywhere from Northern to Southern Vietnam, both in the city and the country side. Jackfruit is among the easiest to grow plants and its taste will vary according to the soil and climate condition it lives under.
Vietnam can grow many kinds of jackfruit such as: Thailand jackfruit, cempedak, tumeric jackfruit, seedless jackfruit….Jackfruit is rich of vitamin and mineral such as vitamin A, E, C, B6, especilally it contain Kali prevent us from heart disease.
We can use almost all parts of a jackfruit: while the meat to eat fresh or dry, eat with yogurt, making jam or making savory dishes: cooking soup, making salad,stir-frying with meat, stew with fish…, boiled and roasted jackfruit seeds are all tasteful, sweet and rich of nutrients too.
