perfuming or artificial coloring. Vacuum packed in a flexible poliethylene
bag, quick frozen process at -25?, maintaining strict sanitary controls in the
elaboration. Useful life of 2 years without organoleptic characteristic changes
(aroma, color and flavor) maintaining the product frozen (-18?C).
