mango pulp cut in cheek cuts served on stick are derived from the processing of sound, mature, fully ripe mango fruits. The fruits are delivered as green, unripe mangoes and are sorted to remove pieces that are immature, blemished, damaged by insects and have other physical defects. Only good quality raw materials are accepted. Upon reaching a specified stage of ripeness, mango fruits are washed, sliced, peeled, scooped, frozen (IQF Cryogenic) and packed in laminated polyethylene bags. Each pack passes through metal detection equipment before being filled into cartons.
