Similar in FLAVOR and texture to a clam, the conch has a sweet distinct taste that is often paired with spicy sauce and/or island seasoning. It is often "cooked" by marinating the white meat in lime juice, commonly known as ceviche. Conch meat is also used to make conch chowder and fritters. There are many ways to prepare conch, all of which are delicious. Please inquire about cooking methods if interested.

The conch meat is currently distributed as whole pieces packed in 5 pound boxes. The boxes are than shipped to Europe,North America and Asia, in a freezer shipping container.
In the future we will be offered chopped or ground conch. Please inquire as to weather the conch can be processed in the method you may require.
