Size: All size (categories) available (T 1 to T 7) according to European classification
Format of fish : Cleaned on board, disembarked and frozen (stored in refrigerated rooms @ 0°C, sorted according to size, wrapped in plastic or cellophane sheet, put on plates to get frozen blocks, deep frozen in tunnel, picked up, put in cartons and stored by 25°C ready for shipping).
On request, supplied octopus can be beaten to match customer tenderness requirements.
