The production and supply of whole frozen birds to the major export markets (the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa, the Caribbean) are testimony to the Group's long standing know-how.
Developed at the outset in the group's European facilities (with three dedicated sites in France: Chateaulin [Finist¨¨re], Plouray [Morbihan] and Chantonnay [Vend¨|e]), this business was then expanded to Brazil, with the acquisition in 1998 of Frangosul, in order to maintain the Group's market share and export volumes in a European context of restrictions linked to the implementation of the GATT agreements.
