Cleaned chicken paws, separated in area of metatarsus joint, exempt from the horny layer of epidermis, authorized from the Malaysia Ministry of Health. Very freshly frozen, 100% free of bloodstains.
1. First grade.

3. Cornea from nails removed.
4. Moisture is less than 5%
5. Quantity of ammonia burns (black spots) on chicken feet no more than 5%
6. The weight of per piece chicken feet is 30-55G
Packing:
- 2 poly bags of 10 Kgs in each carton box, -18 degrees until Reefer Loading.
- ONE 40ft reefer container will carry 26 metric tons -/+ 10%
