Cultivated in the ponds of our hatchery (EGEMAR) with great care in Aydin/Turkey, we made their production in our offshore cages on the seasides of beautiful Mediterranean Sea. After they reach their market size, it doesn't take more than 1 hour to have them in our brand new full line processing plant with IQF freezing capability (UGURLU BALIK) to processed according to your demands to be served as whole packed, gutted & gilled, scaled, filleted in vacuum packs and
adjustable master packages with various glazing levels. Since we have ISO 22000:2005, all production period takes place from beginning to the end complying with this quality standarts such as tracing back to the roots of the end product for quality issues.
