Process Flow :
1) Fresh Fruit harvested from the farm.
2) Select its grade and those bad fruits will rejected.
3) Good quality fruits send to cleaning durian husk process.
4) Opening the thorny husk.
5) Take out the durian pulp and put on the tray.
6) Send to cold room which temperature control -30'C for blast frozen for 3-4 hours.
7) After that, immediately vacuum pack to maintain its freshness.
8) Pack the frozen durian into the packing box.
9) Stored in the freezer with temperature -18'C to maintaint its freshness while waiting for shipment.
