  The driest and most subtle Belgian beers. Perfect as an aperitif, they ally high complexity to great delicacy. The flavours are obtained by adding Fruits to the casks immediately after harvest. These lie inside the barrels at least six weeks before removal. The quantity of fruit represents 25% of the total volume occupied by the beer itself.
