A cold processed blend of fresh/frozen fruit puree, sugar and carefully selected ingredients creating a freeze thaw stable coulis preserving the natural goodness, taste, colour and flavour of the fruit.

Available in single fruit varieties (with and without seeds) including apricot, blueberry, blackcurrant, raspberry, strawberry and morello cherry together with combinations such as red fruits, mixed berry and fruits of the forest (see our Fruit Selector Chart for more ideas). Let your imagination go wild, if you can dream up that perfect combination, chances are we can source the fruit and create the perfect fruit coulis for you. We are able to develop both "organic" and "clean label" fruit preparations.
