  Fruit Vinegar  Production Line  can produce the low-cost edible vinegar. The production line has been sold to both domesticand abroad, moreover, our company has established several acetic acid fermentation devices in China as well as other countries, each volume of which is 110 m3. Output of each tank reaches 1800 tons vinegar with 10% density.

All the production line produced by our company have the patent certificate issued by China government. The main materials of the equipments is stainless steel 304.The specification of production line is range from 300 tons/year to 3000 tons/year.

The manufacturing process contains saccharification, alcohol fermentation, mixing and blending, brewing. 
 

Automatic liquid vinegar brewing equipment (China Nantional Patent Certificate No:CN200620004398.7 )  . The biological fungus bed is hold in a specific container with repeatedly biochemical reaction, proliferation fermentation,  accumulating product  in artificial curing fungus bed. Patent equipment includes : Electronic monitoring automatic feeding system, fungus-bed-curing system, automatic breeding and bacteria culture gas equably distribution system, cold-hot water circulation system, acid gas and alcohol recovery system.  All the equipments are  made by the 304 stainless steel .Time and temperature can be controlled , manual and automatic buttons are optional.

During production, metabolites are produced by acetic acid on fungus bed when nourishment liquid is injected by feeding pump.

 

Mechanism of  automatic liquid  vinegar brewing equipment

Core technology of the patent is the combination of immobilized-cells technology, deep liquid fermentation technology and automatic control system. To create the most suitable environment and provide best oxygen for the existence and breeding of acetic acid bacteria, DF system can control the automatic detection device of both time and temperature, through setting continuous production process such as feeding, discharging and cooling in the control panel in advance to ensure the stable quality of each batch of products.  Automatic liquid vinegar brewing equipment  is also equipped with specially designed sour gas condensate recovery system that can make the utilization ratio of raw material reaches as high as 97% ( For example, every l,000 litres of pure alcohol can be produced 960-970 litres of pure vinegar.)
