Application
The packing machine is form fill seal machine suitable for measuring and packing anomalous lumpish and granule material, such as candy, cotton candy, popped food, biscuit, roasted seeds and nuts, granulated sugar, deep-frozen food, milk powder, milk tea, amylum, sauce, etc.
Function and characteristics
1. Equipped with safety protection, comform to company safety management standard.
2. Use intelligent temperature control device to ensure accurate temperature control and artistic and neat seal.
3. Use PLC Servo System and pneumatic control system and super touch screen to form
the drive control center; maximize the whole machine ’ s control precision, reliability and
intelligent level.
4. This machine completes the whole packing procedure of measuring, loading materials, bagging, date printing, charging(exhausing)and products transporting automatically as well as counting.
5. Touch screen can store the technical parameters of each product in the system, so no reset-needed when changing product.
6. Have error indicating system, helping to handle the breakdown immediately.
7. Make block bags and hanging bags according to customers ’ different requires.
8.Single-belt transportation, smoothly and quickly; small friction and little waste .

10. Adopt multi-lines vertical automatic packing material, eg. twin tube packing machine, double-line automatic packing machine if higher packing speed needed
11. Use special bag former with very vertical sealing, which can make out 4-sides sqauqre with smooth iron. After equipping with the gusseting device, it can stand up with soild angel bag profile.
