3.Storage terms and conditions:
In clean and airy places at relative humidity up to 70 % away from direct sunlight, at temperature not more than 70 C.
4.Usage directions (for 100 g product) :
Pour the product (100 grams) in a suitable container and add to it
500 ml lukewarm water (30C) Pour the ready solution into a bowl containing 500 ml hot (but not boiling)
water (60C). The product is not suitable as food for babies under 12 months of age.
Our products do not contain detectable DNA or proteins from GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) according to the present legal EU regulations and are not treated with ionized radiation or ethylenoxid. Products comply with the EU rules considering aflatoxins, heavy metal residues from pest control.
After sale:
1. We suggest customers come to our factory inspect the goods before loading.
2. We suggest customers insure the goods and request their carrier do the operation safety during the transportation.
3. Any complains should be submitted to us within 7working days after the cargos arrived the destination port.
4. Following points should be call to your attention when submitting the complains:
a) The PI or PO number.
b) The detail description of problems in writing by email or fax .
c) The pictures or video that can show the problems clearly.
Payment term: 35% payment in advance ,the balance against the B/L copy including SGS.
