Description:

 

 

 

 

The custard cake making machine first distribute the paper cup into the trays or spray the oil onto the trays; then accurately fills a certain amount of Paste into the moulds. Automatically send the moulds to the tunnel oven.

 

After baking, the line sends the moulds to fill Cream/jam/chocolate into custard cake that have been baked and thermoformed.

 

After filling, the trays enter the depanning section. Custard Cake will be taken out from trays in one time accurately and completely, then the custard cakes are conveyed into the UV line for sterilization, while the empty trays move to the paper cup machine or oil sprayer for another circular production.
