The product is prepared from boneless skinless chicken breast filets, vacuum tumbled in marinade solution of 20% of raw material, cooking by steam to core temperature of ≥80°C, cutting, individually frozen, packed in blue food grade PE bag, hermetically sealed and scanned for metal parts. Bagged products are packed 4 into corrugated outer cartons and stored at ≤-18°C.
