'Villa M' Bianco (Moscato) is made from 100% Moscato grapes from the Asti region of Piemonte Italy. The grapes are picked early, following a soft pressing; the wine is kept in stainless steel tanks at near freezing temperatures to arrest any additional fermentation. The wonderful end result is a distinctive sweet wine with fruity perfume and low alcohol. Hints of almond, melon and ripe stone fruit tickle the nose.
