Villa M Rosso (Brachetto) is made form 100 % Brachetto Grapes from the Acqui region of Piemonte Italy. The Brachetto grapes are hand picked and rapidly carried to the cellar to be pressed immediately. After the pressing and a very short maceration the must undergoes the natural process of cold clearing and then is placed into the refrigerated cells, where it is kept at low temperature until preparation and bottling. During this time the wine takes a little effervenscence and froth. 'Villa M' Rosso (Brachetto) is an outstanding velvety wine displaying rich aromas of the Brachetto Grape.
Taste :
Lightly sparkling rose color with refreshing citrus, a little lemon-lime and sweet pear. Very light and refreshing.
