NIDAL Mussels is located in the beautiful village of Villagarcia de Arosa, in the north west province of Pontevedra, (Spain). The origins of our mussels factory go back to the 2002 when our CEO after being key member of family mussels business decided to fund her own factory.

Our newly updated equipment, which we are constantly maintaining - looking after, and facilities, together with our own cold store accommodate our mussels processes for the growing demands for all our different sizes of mussel meat, half shell and whole round under NIDAL brand or whatever our clients request.

 

Our mussels is catched at Rias Baixas (Ría de Arosa, Ría de Muros, Ría de Pontevedra and Ría de Vigo). Our mussels grow on platforms from which ones are ropes attached where the mussels grows. Cold and quiet Atlantic Ocean water makes the unique environment for this mussels to grown and become a delicatessen product. We are producing in our region, said by top chefs, the best mussel in the world.
