General description
Prepared from healthy, mechanically undamaged garlic (Allium sativum L.) that is free from storage defects.
The garlic is washed, trimmed and cut before it is air dried. The dried pieces are then milled to powder.
The substance is free from peel and does not contain any ingredients other than garlic. The substance is
not treated with sulfur dioxide.
