Complete PLC  control Hard Candy and lollipop Depositing Line -equipped with a complete new generation Rapid Cooking Unit(auto weighing &pressure dissolver-RDS and flash chamber vacuum cooking-FCC)

 

For hard candy, approx. 2200 pcs of candies per minute. corresponding to 600kg/h based on Mono product of approx. 4.5 gram;

For lollipop, approx.1000 pcs of lollipop per minute ,corresponding to 600kgs/h based on lollipop of approx. 10 gram;

For double layor, striped(starlight), central-filled candy also possible.

 

FEATURES:

Designed for approx.2200 pcs hard candies per minutes(55 strokes/min), for approx.1000 pcs lollipop per minutes(25 strokes/min)

Capacity: depending on the products weight, upto approx.600kgs/h of hard candies with a product weight of 4.5g.

Machines layout based on standard recipes for sucrose based hard candies with milk and fat contents.

FUNCTIONS

GD600L Hard Candy and lollipop combines Depositing production line:

The line is designed for the depositing of solid, one coloured mono products as well as for striped two coloured products and also for center- filled products. Soft candies (toffees) can be made optionally.

Equal mass distribution in the hopper by oszilating infeed tube.

 

The whole plant adopt the PLC programma (MITSUBISHI)auto control system. The contactors are SIMENS parts. It can automatically control the cooking temperature. All the parameters ,including the data involved of dissolving, pre-cooking, cooking temperature, mass temperature in the hopper, speed of feeding pump ,speed of offloading pump, speed of flavor dosing pump, and the moulding speed, can be displayed on LED panel. All the operations are done on the touch screen. An auto tracing mode is adopted for the cooking temperature control. Due to all the procedure of the control method, there is no need to operate any valves by manual. The control of the steam pressure is very stable, and guarantee the cooking  temperature  within ±1.
