1.Our common packing is each piece with a poly bag, then put into the good quality export carton. You can choose printing warning on the bag or not.

How to use

For hot compress, please put in the microwave container or cover completely with water at medium power setting for 30 seconds interval each time until reaching the required temperature or soak into hot water approx80-90 degree Celsius for 3-5 minutes

For cold compress, please keep it in the freezer for an hour before using

Cold Therapy

1. When you tear a muscle or sprain joints – soft tissue damage occurs, blood vessels rupture and the injury site begins to swell. Applying cold therapy to treat injuries yields the following benefits.

2. A decrease in fluid build up and swelling at the site of injury by constricting blood vessels and slowing down the metabolic- ism of the cells.

Nerve endings at the site of the injury are numbed which decreases their ability to send impulses perceived as pain to the brain.

3. It slows the release of chemicals that cause pain and inflammation.

Heat Therapy

1. Heat Therapy is the application of heat to the body for pain relief. Heat is generally used for more long-term injuries that have no inflammation or swelling. Sore muscles and stiff joints are well suited to heat therapy. For sportspersons, heat can be applied before exercise, to increase elasticity. However, heat should NOT be used post-workout – ice is the preferred option in this situation.

2. Compression may also be combined with heating to warm an injured area much more quickly than heat therapy on its won. Due to increased contact with skin and increased tissue density, tissues will reach their optimal heated temperature quicker, and will maintain it for longer periods after the treatment ends. Heat therapy helps relieve pain and stiffness, and with the added component of compression, its benefits are fully optimized and achieved more quickly.

3. Note: Don’t heat the injured area for longer than 20 minute intervals, or whilst sleeping.

Are your products safe enough for food storage?

All of our material, HDPE, PVC, PE, Nylon and Gel, is non-toxic.  We have FAD, SGS and CE report.

Some   material  is even edible  or  used as food preservative .  Th at  means  they are safe  enough  for food storage .

What is your MOQ?

For ice box/ice pack:

If you can accept our model, MOQ is usually 1000 piece. 

If need create new model for you, it is better more than 5000 piece.

For hand warmer, hot pack, ice pack, bottle cooler ,eye mask, face mask, vest, slipper, cooling mat and hot cold pack

If common shape and simple printing, MOQ is 3000 piece. 

If  customized  shape and complicate printing, we can accept 1000 piece trial order. But cost of printing is paid by your side. 

For instant ice pack/instant hot pack:

If you can accept our common printing PE bag, but without our LOGO and information,, MOQ is 3000 piece .

If must make your own printing, MOQ is 10,000 piece.

Can you make color according to PANTONE Code:

Sure we can make your color according to your samples or PANTONE code.

That depends on your quantity also.

We accept L/C according to the order quantity.

Can you supply free samples?

If you accept our existing model and do not need printing, we can supply 3-5 piece free samples for you.

If need your printing or your own shape, we need discuss depending on the printing or model cost.
