Our award winning 'Gevrik' is a soft, mould ripened goats cheese made in Cornwall. It has a clean and fresh taste with a wounderful nutty flavour. It develops a Creamy, melting texture as it matures. Made using 100% British goats milk ourced from our own egular supply farms. Gevrik (meanin ' small goat' in Cornish) is a healthy and versatile cheese. Weighing in at a convenient 70g they are ideal for individual portions. Pastuerised and suitable for vegetarians, these come in a box of 7 x 70g or 14 x 70g.
