Detailed introduction to Ghana Chocolate Couverture:
Chocolate Couverture is a basic ingredient used by confectioneries, bakeries, and
chocolatiers around the world.
Cocoa Beans grown in Ghana has long been heralded to be of the highest grade and
therefore most chocolate makers tended to use it as a Flavour enhancer by mixing
Ghana cocoa beans with lesser grade beans from other parts of the world.
Ghana chocolate couverture is produced just a few hundred kilometers away from the
family farms where those pure grade cocoa beans are grown. Thus enabling our quality
control department to select only the finest cocoa beans for processing.
The end result is a chocolate that has been judged to be worthy of gold medals
at numerous international competitions.
