Features:

1) The machine adopts horizontal cylinder structure, its structure is very reasonable.
2)Air filled seals drive shaft . When washing , it can be changed into water.
3) To granulate in the state of fluidization , the granule is around ball shape. Its flow ability is

4) Compared with  traditional process, 25% of adhesive can be sved ,and the drying time is shortened.

6)Dry mixing ,humid mixing and granulating are finished in the same sealed

Principle:

The powder raw material and adhesive in a cylinder are fully mixed  by the mixing blade at the
bottom in order  to become  humid and soft materials. Then it is cut by high-speed cutter set at side into  and uniform granules.
