Goji Berries are curently available in 300gram retail size 20kg & up to 100 tons bulk sizes.
Goji is a scarlet coloured berry with a delightfully sweet taste. A member of the solancea family, the Wolfberry bush ( lycium barbarum) is found in the north west of China (lycium chinense is grown in southern China).
The main active component of the berry is the Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharide (LBP). The amount of LBP may vary depending on the type of wolfberry; the better the quality the higher percentage of LBP.
Wolfberry also contains 19 types of amino acids and 21 trace minerals as well as being high in Vitamin C and protein.
