Gold Class Chocolate (Special for baking)
1. Character: Low melting point with wonderful taste.
2. Ingredients: vegetable oil( cocoa butter replacer),sugar, milk powder,cocoa powder,food additive (phospholipid)
3. Use:
(1) for all kinds of bakery products(bread, cake and cold pastry)
* decoration/ trimming
* filling
* coating/topping
(2) for making handmade chocolate and chocolate models
(3) seasoning(can mix in cake, biscuit, dough and cream, mousse and cream or mix with drupe for making dim sum)
(4) Eat directly.
4. Flavour: Dark(Bitter), White(Milk), Lemon, Dark Black, Strawberry, Orange, Cantaloupe, Pink rose, Coffee, Green tea
5. Method of melt:
(1) heat indirectly or melt by microwave oven with low temperature.
(2) The heating temperature should be 45-50°C
6. Storage: Keep in cool dry place, avoid sunlight. Keep it in sealed container after opening.
The best temperature is 20-25°C,the best humidity is <60%
7. Shelf life: 12 months
