For serious restaurant quality potato cutters, this is going to be something you will need to withstand cutting a lot of Potatoes. The main difference with this one is that it has a box underneath to catch the cut potatotes. It is meant for quick cutting of a lot of potatoes into Spiral Potato or french fry chips.
